We truly hope you love your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth return and refund process.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most new and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and free from damage or stains.

  • The item must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items purchased on final sale or marked “non-returnable.”

  • Items damaged due to customer handling or use.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.


2. Return Process

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@aurenstore.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • A brief reason for the return

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. AURÉN is not responsible for items lost during return transit.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Please note that:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your return does not meet the conditions stated above, we reserve the right to decline the refund and return the item back to you.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will review your case and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to inventory limitations.
If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@aurenstore.com.
